Week 19’s menu continues our eat from the freezer and pantry challenge—most of the ingredients I have in the freezer, pantry, or fridge. There will be just a few items I’ll have to buy to round out the meal.
Monday – Leftovers
Tuesday – Spaghetti with turkey meat sauce and roasted parmesan broccoli
Wednesday – Breakfast for dinner – the family will let me know if they want pancakes, scrambled frittata, or egg sandwiches.
Thursday – Chicken and Wild Rice Soup – made with ground chicken
Friday – Take-out
Saturday – Naan Bread Pizza and Joseph’s Lavash pizza – cheese and pepperoni
Sunday – Crockpot Black Eyed Peas and Ham and homemade cornbread.
