Monday – Ham & turkey sliders, chips, fresh veggies & dip, and blueberries & strawberries w/whipped cream.
Tuesday – Leftover corned beef/potatoes/carrots from Sunday
Wednesday – Smothered Cube Steaks over mashed potatoes with a side of green beans (my husband’s birthday and he requested it) with cheesecake for dessert
Thursday – Sloppy Lasagna (frozen lasagna soup we never ate a few weeks back and since the “soup” part has been soaked up by the noodles it won’t be soup and it won’t be firm, thus I’m calling it “sloppy”)
Friday – Garlic Naan Pizzas (tomato & alfredo)
Saturday – Leftovers
Sunday – BBQ Chicken Wings, mac-n-cheese and collard greens
