Hey y’all!
Do you plan your meals for the week or do you just wing it?
Welcome to Menu Plan Monday where I’ll be sharing my meal plan for the week to help me not forget what to make my family and to help inspire you with your meal planning.
I have been consistently planning my menu for the past several months and it has been so helpful! Just waking up in the morning knowing what I already have planned for dinner is such a weight off of my shoulders. My day is much more productive because my energy is directed toward things that need to get taken care of for the day and not spent pondering that age old question, “what am I going to make for dinner?” And if you are like my kids, who ask me almost every morning “mom, what’s for dinner?”, you will already have the answer for them.
So let me ask you, do you like to make easy dump it and go meals? Or are you more fancy with your recipes and try to go all out? Or are you more of an eat out family but wish you had a better plan to eat in more? Whatever season of life you are in right now I hope that my menu plans will help inspire you. Check out my menu this week:
Monday – Bangin Ranch Chicken with Rice and Collard Greens
Tuesday – Baked Macaroni-n-Cheese, Ham and Green Beans
Wednesday – McGriddle Muffins
Thursday – Crockpot Lasagna Soup … a soup I have in my freezer that I’ll pop into the slow cooker set on warm to defrost and warm up all day so that it will be ready for dinner when everyone gets home.
Friday – Homemade Refried Beans & Homemade Tortillas
Saturday – LEFTOVERS
Sunday – Kielbasa, Pepper, Onion & Potato Hash
